Sub panel to sub panel feeding

I started installing a 30 amp RV outlet on the side of my home, since the existing sub panel was full I was told I could just install a second sub panel next to it and feed it from the existing 100A sub panel. So I installed a new 100A 8 space panel. Before I wired anything up I wanted to make sure this was ok, I have been getting mixed answers on what to do.

The existing sub panel is fed by the main panel via a 60A breaker. the sub panel currently runs a sewer grinder pump, a pool pump and my a/c system. I planned to pull the 20 amp double pole breaker for the pool and install a 60 amp breaker in its place to feed the new sub panel and move the pool breaker to the new sub panel along with the breaker for the 30 amp RV outlet.

No matter how you wire it, you are only protected by the first 60 amp breaker.
