sub panel installation

i'm installing a 100amp 24 circuit sub panel in my detached garage, i'll use maybe 6-8 circuits. the walls are 2x8 construction and i wanted to recess the panel into the wall, however, where i want to mount the panel, about a third of the knockouts will be inaccessible(about 15) there are 25 knockouts available. as per the ontario electrical code. thanks.

Sorry was just messing with you, call your code enforcement as they will know your local code. If you are flush mounting it they will all be covered in the end anyway!
