Sub-panel for 3 space heaters

Hey Missouri Bound!

The heaters I have are no longer in production. Here is a link to the newer ones...

The new models have variable-speed fans and more (digital) programmability.

BTW, I do NOT need to run neutrals because devices will always be 240 VAC, RIGHT?

Can I use what would otherwise be the neutral bus bar in the subpanel for all the equipment grounds?

Can I get away with #4 CU THHN feeders if I use a 100A subpanel, knowing that I may have a continuous load up to 80A? (I have some #4, but no #3.)

Thanks a lot,

Bonjour Marc,

I am delaying optimum placement of heaters because certain floor areas will not support the weight -- one of the reasons heaters may be moved.

My main concerns are getting breaker ratings, AWG sizes and other code details right. I think I have these correct in [Q6.1] earlier.

Merci beaucoup pour votre soutien.
