strip lighting/rope lighting


I am needing to install some kind of lighting uder the kickboards of a couple of bathrooms and bar countertops. I need to find a product that will not get very hot and that I can adjust to a custom length. any suggestions?

these are not to be dimmed. They have the circuit already run froma a switch by the bed to the recep under the vanity cabinet.

I would take a look at LED rope lights and see what you think......some examples can be seen on google image. One shown below....
