Square recessed lights in breezeway

You guys have all been a great help before, so I figured I would look here for help first. I have several square recessed lights in my breezeway ceiling that I would like to replace with round ones. I do not have access to above the breezeway due to space restrictions. The ceiling in the breezeway is tongue and groove boards and the holes are different sizes. Two are 10" x 10" and one is 11" x 11". How do I go about patching theses holes to fit the round cans in? The largest remodel recessed light I found was 8". All my cans in the house are round so I thought it would look weird if I left square ones outside. Forgive me if this belongs in another forum, but I thought electrical was where it should go. Thanks again.

cowboy is right on this one. The only "fix" would be to replace boards to fill in the space hole you don't need open with new planks spanning at least to the first joists on either side of the light. Matching new wood to old is difficult so it would likely show.
