Square D Panel QO-12M cover needed

Greetings,
I am in the process of remodeling a home built in 1964 and the electrical panel cover has disappeared. Who has a cover for a flush mount Square D panel cover QO-12M series C2? It has a 100 amp main and 12 spaces for breakers. Is there a modern Square D cover that will fit?
Grateful in advance, Jim
