split 220V 3wire between Oven and Microwave

Hi Folks,
I used to have a built-in oven/microwave combination which was powered by single 220v 3wire circuit. I now want to replace that with separate built-in Oven and Microwave. Since i don't have a separate available circuit to power the microwave (110v), I was wondering if i can split the 220V outlet into 2 separate outlets, one for Oven (220v) and other for Microwave (110v). Is that legal to do, and advisable. I really don't have much choice since there is not other circuit available. The cables in of the 200v circuit are Aluminum and super-thick (~6 gauge, i could probable pull my car with 1 cable) and have a 50Amp breaker.
Any suggestions and advise is much appreciated.

Abhi

No, this cannot be done. You will need a separate dedicated circuit for the micro.

Petey, did you catch this part "The cables in of the 200v circuit are Aluminum and super-thick (~6 gauge, i could probable pull my car with 1 cable)."
