The cable IS identified as Sweetbriar.
The trench is 3' deep.
I the customer have to provide and install the elbow(s) and riser at the pole.
I did this whole thing 3 years ago at my last property but don't recall a lot of details. I think it is good advice to speak again with the POCO. I just looked on the web site to verify some things, but yeah some human feedback would be good.
All the discussion and advice to this point has been extremely helpful to me and I am thankful.
