snaking 100 ft in ceiling

I live in a 5 unit single story condo in Florida. I want to run 100ft of 12 /2 cable in a coomon low attic. This is a flat roof with roughly 3 ft high roof truss support. This will end as outlet for a golf cart.

Almost impossible to drag this wire along, How can i get this 100ft to the outlet? Yes it will cross over the other 4 units.

Thanks

Any way to run it under the house? If not then go under ground.

Bow and arrow, with kite string attached. Shoot across the ceiling, then pull heavier rope, then pull wire.

Use conduit gluing as you go slide a piece up there then glue it and keep repeating this till you get to the other end. Then run the contuit in the walls and to where you need it. Fish the wires through the conduit.

Reducing coupling glued on the end and just cut it off when you get to the other end.
