Sink/Washer distance from panel

How close/far does my shop sink/washer need to be from my panel?

I am rearranging the wash room and have read the 30/36/6.6 rule. But is the clearance from the outer portion of the panel in a radius?

I'm confused.

Thanks?!!

No, it's not a radius. All the dimensions are square.
The panel does NOT have to be centered in the 30" wide space.

Here:

so the corner of the washer, could technically be right against the corner of the panel barring the distances are met? 30 out, and 30 to the left or right?

Exactly, except it is 36" in front like you originally said.
