Simple question, difficult answer??? HELP!
When I started this project, I thought it would be simple, but apparently, it's more tricky than I thought.
I've run 5 new lines in my ceiling, (two for lights, another for one switch, a ceiling fan, and wall sconces) and I've run a new line from my circuit breaker to support these lines. The problem is this:
How do I connect all of these new lines to the one power source? I don't want to just use wire nuts, because that's going to be a mess. I was looking for some kind of manifold or wiring harness to tie into, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. There's got to be something out there for this! Help!
Is there something like a harness or manifold that I could 'plug' the power into, and then have connection spots for the other lines?
Thanks so much!!!
One way you can use is the Wago connector ( Ideal is simair as well )
This is pretty common item I used over here in France and it kinda pretty common item over in USA side now.
Otherwise split the number of conductor in half and use the jumper and do the other half with two red wirenuts it easier to fold it back in the switch box.
Junction boxes and wire nuts are the norm. All splices must be accessible.
