Sharing power for two 3 way switches

I am trying to figure out how to make this work. I have a 3 way switch at the bottom of the stairs that controls 6 can lights for the living room area. Power comes in to this switch and have it wired like this:

At the second 3 way switch location, there is a two gang box that has another 3 way switch to control 2 hallway lights. How do I get power to that second set of switches/lights? Searched the "net" and didnt find exactly what I was looking for. TIA

You can't get 120V to the second box with the existing wires. Keep in mind that 120V will consist of a hot and a neutral.

Move the power cable from switch one to the double switch box.

Are the hallway lights not working? Why do you need power at this location?

At the second location you will need both a hot and a neutral,

the hot is available but the neutral isnt !

You will have to run a cable to the second location

Either from the bottom of the stairs or another convienient location.
