sharing ground bus holes


is it OK to share a grounding bus hole between two wires coming in?

as long as they are both grounds and same gauge.also some panels allow and some don't.read the lable.

if they are diff gauge,the smaller may not get tight.

also only one neutral under a screw on neutral buss.
