The house next door is a builders display home. The garage is finished as office space and a second temp A/C unit was added. Also all the lights stay on all day and night long. The windows don't have any blinds on them, just decorative curtains (sun load is huge).

The electric CS wouldn't give me the actual usages but did say on a daily average I was using 30%-40% less energy. So I should be expecting some money back.

I'm relieved I found the problem with the high energy bills. I didn't think we where spending that much electricity.

Ask them for the amount and the tally in a sworn statement and watch what happens next.
