Service Entrance cable

Hi to all, I need to understand the difference between using Service Entrance cable and Teck cable. Outside I have a 200 Amp fused disconnect switch below the meter and then need to do a 80 foot run to the interior mounted panel. Which is the proper cable in Canada to use. Thanks.
