Self-Satisfied romex fishing.

Today I finally figured out how to pull some new romex to my second and third floor! No question. Just felt like bragging. I'm sure Karma will kick me in the hind-parts, but I'm too smug right now to care.

Good job I know how it feels.

What did you pull it for?

I decided that my large bathroom shouldn't be on the same K&T circuit as 80% of the house recs.

So, I'm pulling a lighting circuit, dedicated GFCI, and dedicated circuit for an exhaust vent, as well as running a lighting circuit to the attic above.

I'm rehabbing the 1940s vintage fixtures and adding a shower enclosure to the claw foot tub. All of this, so I can take a shower and use the toilet while I gut and re-plumb my other two bathrooms.

Here's my 'Before'. Note the classy peeling wall paper.
