Security Light/ Motion Light Question

I have been trying too look for a specific Motion/Security Light and switch combo with no luck. Here is the scenario in hopes that one of you might know where to find what I am looking for:
One switch on the inside of the house.
One Security/Motion Light on the outside of the house.
One 14/2 Romex between the Security Light and the switch box.
I want to be able to turn the Motion light to be constantly on at full brightness(not dusk to dawn) I also want to be able to turn the motion completely off. I also want to be able to switch it to motion detection for the set amount of minutes.

I was hoping that some company would sell a switch/motion light combo that would allow me to do this (similar to operating a fan/light combo with one switch and only a 2 wire romex between the switch and fan/light.) But I have had no luck finding what I need.

I also have looked at the motion security lights that have the option of turning the switch off then on again within one second that switches it from constant on to motion detector, but I have not had much luck with these unless you know of one that works well. Thanks and any help will be appreciated.
