Sealing Conduit

Whatever I use is going to be spray painted white anyways.....so that shouldn't be a problem if its "tucked in and leveled off" correctly. Duct seal sounds like the more "professional" and "watertight" way. Or, I may drill a whole through a 1/2" PVC cap and silicone it. Whatever will keep water out better.

OMG! That would look absolutly weird near a patio/garden! Besides, I can't find 1/2" ones for cheap anywhere local. And I would need 2.

Sealing Conduit

It's a friggin' speaker wire. You don't need a weatherhead, you don't need a box...you could shove a cork in it and it would be fine. This is getting ridiculous....beginning to sound like a government job, or worse yet a union job. Look around the big box store until you find something you like and do it!

Just don't want to ruin my system. It will be carrying speaker wires and audio input wires.

I wan't planning on putting a weatherhead on. That would look more ridiculous than a box and insulation.

I just bought "Duct Seal" for the project at the store to seal the top. Spray painted white, and it will look like a million bucks and be up to "invisible electrical code".

Thanks for everyones help! Question(s) resolved.
