Scrap value of F-Can ballasts

I just replaced 4 Advance 72C8185-NP ballasts for HPS fixtures. They weigh approx. 14 lbs. each and are about the size the old Lionel train "O" gauge engine. Should have some good sized copper windings internally. Regards, Mike
