running wires for wall heater

Ive got an electric wall heater that's 120v and pulls 12.5 amps. What's the easiest way to wire it up? Can I run it off of an existing breaker or can I tie in to other wires near by?

With that type of load you will need a dedicated circuit. In Canada you could get away with #14 wire and a 20A breaker, with that said I would still run #12 and a 20A breaker if it was me.

You would need a dedicated circuit under the NEC. You cannot add this to a circuit that would also have cord and plug connected loads since it is over 1/2 of the circuit rating even for a 20 amp circuit.
