Run wires before insulation, or vice versa?

I'm not really sure which forum to put this in, but I imagine you guys would know a thing or two about running wire. I have a number of projects to do under the house, but they include the following:

1) Running TV Cables.
2) Running speaker wire.
3) Deploying/running some electrical wire (have an electrician for that).
4) The big one... putting up insulation under all of the floors (the ceiling of the crawl space).

I want to do them all right. I'd like to do them all yesterday, but the ones I'm pushing for the most are the TV cables and the insulation. Is there a "good order" to accomplish the above four tasks? If I did all the insulation this weekend, would I be kicking myself when it came time to run wires? I'm guessing I'm going to have to drill up through the crawl space, behind the sheet rock of the room above, in order to get some of these cables run.

Honestly if you just have an article or book to point me to I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm willing to work but pretty new to housework (though the fiance keeps telling me she's impressed... maybe take that with a grain of salt).

Thanks.

Run all cables and wires before you put in the insulation .

Wiring is normally run before the insulation.
