rpm specs for a Clark United Corp. gable mount Attic fan motor?

I'm also wondering about ambient temp. spec's for this 14" blade fan.

The motor nameplate says
Model A0510B2008, E62788
115v., 60 HZ., 3.4A., E62815 EPC
THERMALLY PROTECTED L E62862
and then 205048 written vertically on the label.

I need to replace it with a motor that does not require oiling.
Clark United Corp. from Dallas, TX, seems to be a thing of the past.

TIA
