Rewiring House

Hi I recently rewired my home with the assistance of an electrician. I Had the service upgraded by a licensed electrician earlier. In the event of selling the home what if any issues will I have with selling if no permits or inspections were done? Thanks

Depends where you are located and if permits and inspections were required.

Also depends if the work actually would pass the inspections.

I'm going to assume that the service was inspected, if not, that should be caught by any inspection prior to closing.

The rest of the wiring would depend on the quality/code compliance anything exposed. I big tip off would be if it was apparent the home was remodeled.

Ex...New cabinets and counter tops, but outlets not spaced properly.
