residential lamp post options?

I'm looking to put a lamp on a post in our front yard. I'd like to get something that compliments the finish on this style lamp:
http://www.lampsplus.com/products/ki...ht__2y948.html

I don't particularly like their direct burial post for this. I'd actually prefer to have one that bolted to the surface instead. But Kichler doesn't make one in the matching finish and their closest alternative is PRICEY at over $700, just for the post.

So, anyone have a supplier to recommend for an alternative post? The trick being it'd have to allow for mounting that light. I'd even entertain buying a whole other assembly (post and lamps) and discarding the lamps if it meant finding a reasonable compliment without breaking the bank.

Suggestions?

Nice light !
Why cant you make some sort of a base that will accept that type of pole ?
Some galvanised steel plate, some round steel of a size slightly larger than the existing pole
some bolts to lock it into place.
do - able

This post is available in a copper color, not sure if it would match or you could look around this site.

Yes, that's about what I'm after. Nice that it's only 6' tall. Many others I've come across are 83" or taller. I'm looking for a post in-between the sidewalk and driveway, mainly to allow better visibility getting in/out of the car. Not to light up a stretch of sidewalks like the taller kind would facilitate.
