Replacing Dimmer Switch

I Would Like To Replace Dimmer Switch Currently Installed. This Switch Has 2 Black Wires Only. The New Switch Has 2 Black And One Green. What Do I Do With The Green Wire? The Box Is Plastic.

The green wire is a ground. If you have metallic boxes, you can ground to them or a green wire in the box. If your home is older, just ignore the green wire but I didn't say that. Strictly speaking, all electrical modifications have to be brought up to current code. Strictly speaking, this can cost you a fortune.

HUH??? To install a dimmer.

If the box is plastic there will surely be a ground wire. Ground wires came before plastic boxes.
Connect the green to the bare ground(s) in the box.
