Replacing Breakers on a federal pacific Box

I am in California, i need to create a profile...I just spent 300$ on 11 breakers...I don't have enough practice to change the service on my own, and the existing panel is in good shape and will be plenty safe when I replace the 15's and 20's....maybe in 3 years ill go back and modify panel....I'll feel safer with new breakers

jbfan was right....i got paranoid when I didn't see a shut off inside the house panel......at least the utility didn't charge me to show me where the main was....LOL.....better safe than fried salmolnilla eggs....
