Replace Switched Receptical with Ceiling Fan

Hi Guys. I need some help here. I am trying to replace a switched receptacle with a Ceiling fan that I want to control with 2 seperate switches. One for the light and one for the fan. The switch is either at the start of the run or at the middle of the run. There is a 14-2 coming into the switch and a 14-3 going to the receptacle. What is the best way to do this? I would think this would be a common thing to do, but I just cant find any information on it anywhere. PS: I dont want to keep the switched receptacle. I want it to be hot all the time.

Thanks!
