Replace Light Switch

One of my light switches in my bathroom is not working so I am looking to replace all three (Vanity, Fan, Fan Light). All the old switches are single pole without ground screws. My question concerns the ground wire. The old switches did not have individual grounds connected to the screws on the switches. The ground wire is common to all three switches (See the attached photo). The new light switches that I purchased have ground screws. Do I attach new individual ground wires to the screws before combining them together and attaching them to the previous ground wire? Or do a just take one wire and create a jumpover from one switch to the next? Thanks
