replace existing combo switch\outlet

i have a combo switch that i want to replace with a new combo switch because the old switch is started to wear out and doesn't work without a little wiggle sometimes.

there are 3 wires a black and 2 whites(maybe a beige and white one is a little off colored)

the existing switch is wired for the switch to control to light and the outlet.

i have a replacement combo switch that i had laying around but the connecting tab is no longer in tact. do i need to buy a new one or is there a way to make the one i have work?

Just use a pigtail to bridge the missing tab.
