Removing a light bar from bathroom wall

Hello

Wasn't sure if this was the right forum to post in. We have a light bar in my son's bathroom (3 lights) that my husband wants to replace. The problem? Husband removed 4 screws - one on each corner of the bar. He can turn the bar around (only so far because of a mirror below) however he cannot pull the bar out from the wall. He can see part of the hole behind the bar which of course contains the wiring but that thing just refuses to pull out from the wall. Any ideas on what is going on? Thanks.

Around each socket is a decorative cap. Unscrew the 3 caps.

Did try that and they wouldn't budge. Going to try again tomorrow during daylight hours. Thanks!

there should be another screw for the front to come out, then you can get to the wiring and the mount
