Remote Light Switch

I have a light switch at the top of the stairs to the basement but there isn't a three way switch to control the light from the basement.

Does anyone know of an inexpensive remote controlled light switch that can be controlled from the basement and the top of the stairs?

Remote Light Switch

You could install some automatic stair lighting, but that would be overkill. I am assuming that the light is at the bottom of the stairs. If it is could you replace it with a light socket that has a pull chain? Not exactly the look you would want for a finished basement but if it isn't that may work.

It wouldn't give you the flexibility of a 3-way switch but it would be simple to do.
