Refridgerator

I have a 6 year old Kitchenaid KBRA20E Refridgerator/Freezer. My temperature control is set on 4 which is in Bold because I assume it is the recommended setting for the fridge. 7 is the coldest. My water dispenser, which is located inside the fridge, is frozen and the stuff in the crisper is freezing. Occasionally, the milk on the top shelf freezes too. I just turned the control down to 3 and I will see tomorrow if that helps but ve always had it at 4 and this just started happening. Any tips on what I should look at first?:whistling2:

Clean the coils of the collected dust bunnies. Pull the grill under the doors.

RE: the coil cleaning....there is a long brush made just for this purpose...resembles a thick pipe cleaner with a handle, about 24-30 inches long.
