Recessed Shower Light

I want to put a recessed can light in my shower. It needs to be IC since it will be covered by insulation. I was told by the guy at the store the that I just buy a regular IC can light fixture and put a shower lens/trim kit on it. Is this true? I wouldn't think that the trim is much of a barrier to the major humidity that goes on in a shower but I tried a search for recessed shower light and didn't see any special fixtures so it seems like this might be true.

Recessed Shower Light

For once the guy at the store is right. The trim is what makes it a shower light.

Recessed Shower Light

Speedy that is a suprise, when I first read the question I though the OP said the guy at the store told them all they needed was the shower rated trim and that would fix the insulation problem as well.
