Recessed Lighting Wire-layout

I've been working on a home gym for a while and with the limited ceiling height, I've decided to go with recessed (can lights). I've purchased a few and wired them up to see where I need to place them and how bright the lights will be. So far, the lighting is great. I'm using Halo parts with 75W PAR30L Halogen bulbs.

My question is about my layout and wiring. I've attached a quick diagram that shows two rows of lights. It is easier for me to run the power feed from the light switch down one side of my room and then make runs off of it down to the lights. It's just the way the joists run and where the air vents are, etc. Running from the junction box down to the lights goes with the joists and less holes for me to drill. The diagram shows two rows of 3 recessed lights. In my actual layout I would have 4-5 rows of lights giving me 12-15 lights. They would just keep feeding down with junction boxes as the rows show in the diagram. Is this the best way to go about wiring them? Any other options?

Also, I am using 75W bulbs and this is on a separate 15A circuit. Using an 80% guide for the circuit (12A) I should be able to get 19 of these recessed lights on the circuit, although I shouldn't need to go more than 15. Does that sound ok?

Base your wattages on the max the fixture will accept. Make all splices in the fixtures. Eliminate the junction boxes.
