Recessed lighting

I'm finishing off my basement and putting in a dropped ceiling. Any help on what to buy for recessed lighting would be appreciated. I've heard about airtight, IC, etc. I know I want 6" and that's about it. Thanks.

Recessed lighting

Airtight is exactly that, airtight. Those are usually used in ceilings to seal where the cold air might come in. IC rated is for insulation contact, again for spaces that the can will be touching insulation.
