Range & Junction Box Distance

I have a junction box on the wall behind a Range/Cook Top that I am going to use to put outlets on each side of the range. Can I run conduit on the wall behind the range, and if so, is there a minimum height off the cooking surface that I need to maintain?

If you are running the conduit behind the range you will be below cook top level.
