ran the wires on the outside of her walls


Hello my mom just had her house rewired they ran the wires on the outside of her walls is this legal in Mena Arkansas if not who can I report them to

Was she not around when she was doing the "work"? Did she pay them? (WHY?) Do you have pictures? What kind of wire?

Need to post a picture. without a picture how would anyone here know where they ran them or what type wiring it is?

What are the wires for?

Is is a brick or concrete structure, with the wiring in conduit on the exterior? If so, that's pretty much the only way to do it.
