question about wiring outlets?

Wiring up some outlets, residential bedrooms. What is required or the preferred method?

If I have two wires coming into a single gang box should I use the two set of screws or should I pigtail and only connect to one set of screws so if in the future the outlets breaks the other outlets along the circuit continue to work.

What about three wires going into a single gang?

All grounds going into a box are crimped, each device in the box also gets on of those grounds as well.

Your choice.
Either way is code compliant.

Make sure the box is large enough for the number of wires and device.
Switches and receptacles count as 2 for the number and size wire.
When 3 cables are used, pigtail for sure!
