Question

Pumptrol Square D 9013FSG2

I have a well pump that has stopped giving me any water at all. The Pumptrol box got wet and is now arching. The pin that disengages the the pump is stuck i think. The motor got a little warm but seemed normal. When I saw the Pumptrol box arching I shut off the power to it. I switched the power back on and tried to engage the box manually to see if the motor was still operational but all the box did was hum and arch. I think that there is a frayed wire or some corrosion causing this problem. If anyome has an answer, respond please. Thanks.
