Proximity of water supply pipes with EMT conduits

I have a situation where I have three 1/2" EMT conduits that runs vertically down along a concrete block wall.

I also need to make a run of a 1/2" copper pipe for water supplies horizontally across said wall, crossing over the three electrical conduits. I don't need to "loop around" them, I am just crossing over, but it is such that the copper will actually touch the three EMT conduits.

This is a hot water pipe, so the pipe will be warm most of the time.

Will this hot/warm copper pipe be an issue when it's so closed to the electrical conduits?

Should I slide a piece of roofing felt between them?

There is no distance you have to stay away from, but they cannot touch.

In that case, if I put a heat shrink tubing around the copper pipe, it will work?

Or is it better with a piece of roofing felt?

If possible, I would insulate the copper water line.

You can just use some cheap foam pipe insulation. I would be more worried about the disimilar metals touching and corroding more than the electrical grounding issue.

I can't use foam insulation, there is really no clearance there. I may be able to pry them apart ever so slightly to slip in a piece of roofing felt but thicker foam insulation will not work in this case.

This is true.

Around here, if one of the pipes is wrapped with at least two layers of 10 mil tape, it's ok. I doubt if this is based on code, but it's the basic standard that the inspectors use.

If you use roofing felt, it'll need to be secured somehow so that it cannot fall off. The pressure of the pipes pushing on each other is not enough, it needs to be secured.
