Problem

I recently installed a dimmer switch in my living room... The dimmer works fine however the dimmer itself, not the lightbulbs, is buzzing... More worrying however is that there are 2 other lights running off the same circuit breaker and now those other two don't work but the dimmer does... Anyone have any ideas?

What type of lights are you trying to dim? The other lights not working sounds like a bad splice.

They are just regular incandescent bulbs... And the other lights worked fine before I installed the dimmer

Whats the wattage of the dimmer and is it sufficient for the lights? I would pull out the dimmer and check all your connections, it sounds like one of the wires feeding out to the other lights arent connected. Also make sure that the dimmer is properly grounded.
