Problem with 5 light ceiling fan fixture

Light fixture on Casablanca fan has 5 lights. Four work perfectly and the fifth only works occasionally. Any ideas?

Probably a loose connection in the lamp holder.

I'm assuming you tried a different bulb in the socket that's working intermittently?

Turn the breaker off, remove the bulb and pull the tap in the middle of the socket out a bit.
