Power to well?

I have to replace a well pump that was inside my garage to a small pump house about 6 inches outside the garage.

How do I carry the power from the garage to the new location?
Do I need to put in 2 pull boxes when it is that short?
Can I just run a solid piece of conduit from the garage to the pump house about 2 inches above the ground?

The small pump house sits on a concrete pad so I can't really drill through that.

EDIT: 240v for the pump btw. GFCI Breaker in panel in box for pump only.

If it is really 6" I would use a piece of PVC conduit without boxes and pull in UF cable.
