Power for sump pump

A sump pump isn't something you want to screw around with. Do it properly and stop looking for shortcuts.
Personally I would't have a house that needed a sump pump; after getting 5' on water 25 years. ago despite a battery backup and a gasoline pump.

Power for sump pump

Do a dedicated circuit with a GFCI breaker... If you half ass this and the insurance finds out they might not pay out in the event you need them to.
