Question

power outlet vs. water supply position for washer


i was wondering if it's OK that a washer power outlet be immediately under the water valves, like maybe 18".

I would not recommend doing that, but not sure if there is any Code violation ...

No Code violation, but typically they are put at least one stud bay over.
