Hello Im trying to do something to make my fan a little cooler lol, I want to do what i did In this video i will be posting, But in the vid the LED's are powered by batteries, Is there away to get power to blades while is spinning?

If you know how magnets and coils work....yea.....install small coils on the blade tips...with magnets around the perimiter of the fan shroud....as the fan turns, the coil passes the magnet...generates a small current..that powers the LED.

Could be expensive....it would cut into your weed budget....
