Pool house sub panel

I think I know most of basics for a pool house sub panel. I have run 4 wires from the house main panel, black, white, red, and green. I have driven a ground rod at the sub panel. I have tied a number 6 bare wire from the ground rod to the housing of the sub panel. NOTE The panel neutral is not attached to the panel housing. The white wire from the main panel goes to the sub panel neutral bar. Where does the green (ground) wire from the house main panel attach to. Does it attach to the neutral bar or to the ground connection where the ground rod is attached.

To the ground bar... (you can buy these for every panel) if you attached it to the neutral bar, you would create a parallel path.

In a nutshell, you're only allowed to bond the neutral connection and grounding connection at the main disconnect, re bonding the neutral anywhere else downstream would create objectionable current on all metal parts bonded to the electrical service.
