Please help with vent fan/light/nightlight

I am trying to install a Nutone QTN80L vent fan/light/nightlight in our bathroom. I am have 12-2 from my panel and 12-3 on the fixture. The fan is working (single pole, individual switch). The light and nightlight are not (2 single pole combo switch). I tried to take some pictures and I'll upload NuTone's wiring guide.

Don't know if you can tell from the pictures, but for the fixture, I wired all 3 grounds together, wired the hot and neutral for the fan to 1 existing hot and neutral. And wired the 2 hots and 2 neutral to the final existing hot and neutral.

Didn't mess with the switch wiring. It previously worked for light/fan/heat.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Its hard to tell from the picture of the fan, but off of the switch one of those white wires is a hot coming off of the switch.

All of the neutrals from the fan go to the neutral(s) in the box. Then you should have 3 switchlegs that will go 1) to the fan 2) the light and 3) to the nightlight.

One of those switchlegs will be white, but it is not a neutral.

You mention 12/3 at the fixture, but I don’t see a red wire. Looks like you have two, 2-wire cables entering the fixture.

Try this-see picture…all the fixtures whites will be together, the red will stay connected to the black it currently is and become the bottom section of the stacked switch for the night light. The upper section of the switch will be the main light. Re-mark the white that the blue will connect to, a sharpie works well. Use a color other than green, white or grey. Re-mark it in the switch box also.
