Can I use plastic ties to hang a wire on one that is wire nailed on? Thanks for your answers!

I'm thinking that you can't because it's using the wire to support the cable rather than a listed clamp. I would think, same as conduit, that you can't support another conduit(s) from other conduit. It needs to be supported individually. I see it all the time with bundles of mc and if the initial support fails, it's ALL coming down.
Just my opinion.

Speaking of wires "coming down" don't use gb plastic coaxial staples in rooms where air handling equipment is located...
