Plastic electrical conduit, do you glue it?

Subject says it all. I put a Red Hat solenoid in my laundry area for my solar dump and protected the wires with gray plastic electrical conduit to a watertight box. I didn't see any glue.

I thought there might be something similar to the primer & glue that I use when working with my PVC plumbing for it, but couldn't find any. Am I supposed to glue the pieces together, caulk them, or are they dry fit?

Thanks.

You glue them before you put the wires in and let it dry
